The Problem
GreyHill was spending days per project manually reviewing civil engineering files to extract material quantities for cost estimates. The process required skilled staff to parse complex CAD drawings by hand: slow, error-prone, and a bottleneck on every deal.
What We Built
We built a custom document intelligence tool that reads digital blueprint and CAD files, automatically extracts material quantities, and outputs a structured estimate-ready report. What took days now takes minutes.
Batch Draft
The Problem
Wayfound needed to scale personalized outreach but hit the wall most teams do: generic tools produced generic results, and personalizing by hand didn't scale. The volume of genuinely tailored emails their team could send was capped by manual research and writing.
What We Built
Agentcy built Batch Draft, an AI platform that learned Wayfound's voice and generated authentically personal emails at scale. The team could run personalized outreach in a fraction of the time, at a fraction of the cost of hiring VAs.
The Problem
A boutique investment firm's partners were spending significant time manually reviewing Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) during deal sourcing: reading, summarizing, and scoring documents that followed predictable structures but required hours of attention per deal.

We're building an automation that ingests deal documents, extracts key financial and operational data points, scores deals against the firm's investment criteria, and surfaces a structured summary, so partners spend time on judgment, not document processing.
The Problem
A commercial insurance brokerage's account managers were spending hours on every new submission and renewal, manually parsing each account's documents and re-keying the data into carrier and ACORD applications: the same work across every line of business, requiring no licensed expertise but bottlenecking every deal.
